This Privacy Policy explains what personal information RAC Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit racpeptides.com (the “Site”) or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
We collect only what we need to run the store, fulfill your orders, and understand how visitors find and use the Site. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Information You Give Us
Account and order details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the products you order.
Payment information: card and crypto payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers. For manual methods (Zelle, ACH bank transfer, Cash App, Venmo) you may upload a payment receipt or screenshot so we can confirm your payment.
Communications: messages you send us by email, text, or contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter or ask to be notified when a product is back in stock.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
We also record how you arrived at the Site — for example campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), advertising click identifiers, or an affiliate or creator referral code — and attach it to your order so we can tell which marketing worked and pay affiliates their commission.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Essential cookies keep the Site working: your cart, your selected region and language, your login session, and your age and research-use confirmation. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) help us measure traffic and improve the Site. Advertising cookies and pixels (such as those from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit) let us measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the Site.
Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. Where the law requires it, they load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
How We Use Your Information
To process, ship, and support your orders; to verify manual payments; to create and manage your account; and to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
To send newsletters and offers if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time), to measure and improve our marketing and the Site, to calculate affiliate commissions, and to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: hosting and commerce infrastructure, payment processors (including MakePay for cryptocurrency), shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx), email delivery, and analytics and advertising partners for the purposes described above.
If you used an affiliate or creator code, that affiliate may see that an order was placed with their code and its value, but not your name or contact details. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
Sharing data with advertising partners through cookies and pixels may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 7.
Data Retention & Security
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider settings (currently up to 14 months).
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information.
To opt out of analytics and advertising cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. For any other request, email support@racpeptides.com; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.
Children
The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over who are purchasing research materials. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
