Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin (TH9507) — Stabilised GHRH(1-44) analog
Research use only — intended for laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use.
Tesamorelin (TH9507) is a stabilised analog of human Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH(1-44)). A hexenoyl modification on Tyr-1 confers resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) degradation, extending its in-vivo half-life relative to native GHRH. It has been extensively investigated for its capacity to stimulate endogenous, pulsatile growth hormone secretion and for downstream effects on visceral adipose tissue, lipid metabolism, and cognitive markers in adult populations.
